About

Seventeen years of operations. A protocol written for children.

Who we are

The school travel brand of Stuti Tourism.

Destinationz 360 plans and operates educational travel for schools and institutions. It sits inside Stuti Tourism Pvt. Ltd., which has been designing travel since 2009 and has served more than 800,000 travellers across its brands.

Zubilant, the group’s private travel brand, is our sibling. Same company, same operating relationships, same people answering the phone. What differs is the discipline a school trip demands: consent and medical documentation, supervision ratios, headcount procedure, curfew, acclimatisation, activity restrictions and a named person accountable for all of it.

That discipline is not a marketing position. It is written down as an operational rulebook, and the public version of it is on How we run a tour. We would rather be judged on that page than on this one.

The group, in short
  • Stuti Tourism Pvt. Ltd., designing travel since 2009.
  • 800,000+ travellers served across the group’s brands.
  • Zubilant, the group’s private travel brand, is our sibling.
  • Mumbai based, operating across India and abroad.
  • One written rulebook, applied to every school programme.

How we work

Four habits. They explain most of our decisions.

None of them are original. Applying them to every trip, including the cheap one-day one, is the difficult part.

01The objective is written firstOne sentence from the teacher about what the class should understand. Everything downstream is judged against it, including whether a famous viewpoint earns its two hours.
02Say the number you can defendNo published prices, no rounded-up figures, no borrowed ratings. Where a fact is missing this site shows a gap rather than a plausible substitute.
03The protocol does not flexCurfew on the last night is the curfew on the first. An acclimatisation day stays in the plan when the schedule is tight. This is the whole job.
04One person, reachableA coordinator travels with the group and answers the phone at two in the morning. A helpline is not a substitute and never has been.
The other half of the group

Not a school trip? Talk to Zubilant.

Destinationz 360 runs educational travel for institutions. Family travel, pilgrimages and corporate offsites are our sister brand’s work. Same company, same people, same operating relationships since 2009.

Seventeen years

The relationships are the product.

Permits, park entries, factory access, hotel blocks and ground handling, built up since 2009 and shared across both brands.

Where the group operates

India first, and a long way beyond it.

Reserves, high country, coast, heritage towns and working plants across India, and school-suitable destinations abroad where the paperwork and the ground handling are already in place.

Founding date, unresolved. The existing Destinationz 360 site states “Since 1996” and “25+ years”. The Stuti Tourism group record states 2009. This site prints only the group figure, attributed to the group, until the two are reconciled. One of them is wrong and it is not our call to pick.

What schools say

Not our words. Theirs.

Thirteen public Google reviews. Four of them are below, unedited, because a review you can go and check is worth more than a claim you cannot.

“It was my first ever college trip and I could not have asked for a better one. It was a beautiful and memorable trips. Everything was handled very well and there was nothing to complain about.”

What this site does not claim

The things we have deliberately left blank.

A school tour website is an easy place to round a number up. Rather than do that, here is what is missing and why, so that nothing on the rest of the site has to be taken on faith.

Schools served, students travelled, and years running school tours. The 2009 date and the 800,000 travellers figure belong to Stuti Tourism as a group and are attributed that way throughout. Destinationz 360 has its own numbers and they are not published here until they have been confirmed rather than estimated.
Named schools. The four reviews above are quoted from the public Google listing, as written. We have not printed a client list or a named school, because a trip coordinator’s own words, given with their school’s permission, are the single most useful thing on a page like this, which is exactly why inventing one would be indefensible.
Photographs of our own groups. A handful of the photographs here are Destinationz 360 groups on our own tours, taken from the brand’s own record. The rest are destination and stock images from the group library, correct and licensed, and they are being replaced as real ones come back from trips.
Ratings. Zubilant’s Google rating belongs to Zubilant. It is not transferred to this brand, because a parent checking our reputation deserves to be checking ours.
Talk to us

Ask the awkward questions. That is what we are for.

Ratios, documentation, contingency, what happens if a child is unwell three hundred kilometres from home. A coordinator will answer all of it on a call.
