Indoor outreach

Not every year group can get on a bus.

The session comes to your campus. Same people, same method, no permissions and no transport.

What this is

Indoor outreach programmes for schools

Budgets, ages, exam terms and simple logistics mean some year groups are not travelling this year. That is a reason to change the venue, not to cancel the learning. Outreach sessions run in your hall, your lab or your field, with the equipment brought in.

This is also the sensible way to prepare a group that is travelling later. A session on campus in August makes the expedition in November considerably better, because the students arrive knowing the method rather than learning it on day one.

Image is a stand-in from the group library. A photograph of a Destinationz 360 group on this programme replaces it before launch.

What we handle
  • No permissions, no transport A normal school day, with a session inside it.
  • A written safety protocol, published in full and applied without exception.
  • Headcount discipline at every transition, recorded rather than remembered.
  • A costed plan showing the logistics, before the school commits.
  • One coordinator, reachable at any hour, travelling with the group.

What students come back with

Not photographs. Method.

Four things this programme is designed to leave behind. If it cannot deliver them, it is the wrong programme and we say so.

01No permissions, no transportA normal school day, with a session inside it.
02Equipment brought inThe kit a school would not buy for one week of the year arrives with the facilitator.
03Whole year groups at onceStructured to run at scale in a hall, or in sections across a day.
04Good preparation for a tripMethod learned on campus means the field days are spent doing rather than explaining.

The shape of it

How the days are built.

A shape, not a schedule. Yours is built around your dates, your year group and what the trip has to achieve.

BeforeFit the timetableSession length, year group, venue and how many sections. Built around the school day

Length, region and season are set against your academic calendar and your budget. No prices are published because a school group is costed against its own headcount, dates and inclusions, never against a brochure rate.

Before anything else

A school buys supervision before it buys a destination.

Every programme on this site runs to the same written protocol. It is published in full, because a teacher who is personally accountable should not have to take it on trust.

  • A named supervision ratio for this activity and this year group, in the proposal.
  • Headcounts at every transition, recorded against a written list.
  • Certified instructors and their own equipment, or the activity is removed.
  • An evacuation route and named facility written for every night.
Plan this programme

Tell us the year group. We will call you back.

Two minutes to send, and a coordinator calls the school back. No prices are quoted until we know the headcount, the dates and what the trip has to achieve.

Also on WhatsApp.

  • A costed plan, not a brochure
  • Your dates and your year group
  • One coordinator throughout
  • The safety protocol in writing
