What we collect, and where it goes.
Short, because there is not much to say. This site is a brochure with one form on it.
The enquiry form
When you request a callback, the form asks for your name, a phone number or email, and, optionally, your school, your role, the programme you have in mind, the group size, rough dates, a preferred calling window and a free-text note. That is all it asks for, and only the name and one contact detail are required.
The form is relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, which delivers it as an email to the group inbox at experience@zubilant.co.in. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it; its own privacy policy is published at formsubmit.co. We do not store your submission anywhere else. If the relay fails, the page offers WhatsApp and email instead, and nothing is sent without you pressing the button.
We use what you send to call or write back about the tour you asked about. We do not sell it, add it to a marketing list, or share it outside Stuti Tourism Pvt. Ltd. and the brands it operates.
Calling and messaging
The phone number and WhatsApp links on this site open your own phone or WhatsApp app. Anything you send that way is handled by those services under their own terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Two third-party services load on some pages and may set their own: Google Fonts, which serves the typeface, and the Google Maps embed on the contact page, which shows the office. Both are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Children
This site is written for schools, teachers and parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Medical, dietary and consent information for a tour is collected by the school, through the school’s own process, not through this website.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete anything you have sent us, or to ask us not to contact you again, write to edutours@destinationz360.in or call +91 81081 17770. A person answers both.
